Parkside Villa is proud to partner with DaVita to provide on-site hemodialysis at our facility. During hemodialysis treatments, the patient’s blood is mechanically filtered to remove unwanted fluids and waste products. With on-site dialysis, the patient does not need to go to a separate dialysis center three times per week – the treatments are done at Parkside Villa. When a patient is undergoing rehabilitation or skilled care for an illness or injury, leaving the facility to go to a dialysis center can slow down a person’s recovery. With on-site dialysis, our staff is able to schedule therapy and dialysis in a way that allows for maximum rehabilitation time for each individual.
