Rachell Miterko

Administrator

Rachell began her career with Legacy Health Services at Mapleview Country Villa. She is a proud graduate of Kent State University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration and remains involved as an alumnus guest speaker and advisory board member for the long-term care program. Rachell also has her MBA from Youngstown State University. She enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Kelsey Cardina

Director of Nursing

A Chardon native, Kelsey is a graduate of Chardon local schools and attended Kent State University’s Geauga campus for her nursing prerequisites before finishing her degree at Bryant and Stratton College. She started working at Mapleview as a State Tested Nurse Assistant while in college and has devoted her career to Mapleview as a nurse. She gained experience as a wound care nurse focused on staff development before being elevated to Director of Nursing. She enjoys being a new mom to her beautiful daughter, Amelia. When she’s not at work or at home, she is exploring the outdoors with rescue dog, Zeus, and enjoying active pursuits, from golfing and boating to camping and four-wheeling.
